Torrent downloading stuck at 0 bittorrent

Torrent Stuck at 0% trying to download an anime off of www.doorway.ru using Windscribe. and it's stuck at 0%. tried downloading a different anime yesterday, and it was stuck at 0% there too. restarted the client and it still won't work. right clicked force resume and it still didn't work. is this a Windscribe problem? it has 7 seeders and 3 peers.  · I had metadata issues since mid-yesterday on my Bittorrent application. Recently i download a file (5GB) my download speed was normal ~ kbps but today i downloaded another file and it becam ~10kbps i dont know why but my internet is fine i can download files at normal speed w/o the use of bittorrent but when i try to torrent something the download speed dramatically drops. This issue bothers me for 2 reasons. The first is the most obvious, download now takes a significantly longer time to complete. The second is that BitTorrents simply downloads redundant data. I've just downloaded MB of a MB torrent. I once downloaded MB of a MB torrent. Something here is wrong, and I don't know what stands behind it. Sometimes the trackers are wrong about how many seeders there are for a given torrent - they don't update in real time so it may be the seeder the torrent counted an hour ago is no longer online. Also, do you use a VPN? If you have an option to use port forwarding then that can improve the number of seeders you can download from.
